How it works
- Free pre-screen. Send the address, we check the certificate on the national register and tell you honestly whether a C is realistic.
- Measured test. Around two to three hours on site with Pulse equipment, ATTMA Level 1 accredited, tenants can stay in.
- Corrected EPC lodged. A qualified Domestic Energy Assessor lodges the new certificate, valid for ten years. Only then is the £500 fee due.
